Donna McLeod is a dedicated leader, advocate, and advisor for International Women of H.O.P.E. She previously served as State Representative for Georgia’s District 105 (Gwinnett County), earning endorsements from President Barack Obama and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder for her commitment to public service.

Ms. McLeod is the co-founder of C.A.N.I, Inc. (Community Action Network Initiatives), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering individuals about their civic and societal rights and responsibilities.

A Chemical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Quality Assurance Management and Engineering, she is the President and CEO of Enviroqual, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in regulatory compliance for medical devices, food, plastics, and pharmaceuticals. Driven by an unwavering passion for community engagement and education, she remains committed to empowering and uplifting others.
