About Me
Wallis Etienne is a business development consultant, with over eight years working in the nonprofit sector. Her passion to help others cultivated as a child, whose parents were community leaders. Etienne served as the Grants Manager for Young People Matter (YPM) in Atlanta, Georgia, which has been awarded a half a million dollar grant in funding, to operate an emergency shelter for homeless and runaway youths. Prior joining YPM, she worked as a Grants & Contract Analyst for the Salvation Army Southern Territory Headquarters.
Etienne has managed over $100 Million dollars of federal and private contracts; and helped maintain contract compliancy. In 2018, she served as a consultant to International Women of Hope (IWOH), and became the IWOH Vice-President in July 2020. She attended Strayer University for a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a minor focus on Federal Acquisition and Contract Management. Ms. Etienne continues to work as a business consultant working locally and internationally.
