For such a time as this!
As we come to the conclusion of this conference, I want to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you for your invaluable involvement and powerful presentations on the critical areas of education, health, justice, and agriculture, addressing the pressing challenges facing our country Haiti. Your unwavering commitment and educational presentations have not only shed light on the challenges facing Haiti but have also ignited a fire within us all. Your dedication and commitment to sharing your expertise and experiences have been truly inspiring.
I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to all who have joined us via Zoom, your presence here today speaks volumes about your dedication to understanding and supporting the critical work ahead.
However, our journey does not end here. We need more than passive observers; we need active partners from all communities. We don’t need to be the President of Haiti to have an impact, Leadership knows no title or position; it is about the willingness to serve our beloved country. Each of us has the power to make a difference and contribute to the betterment of Haiti.
For those who are eager to get involved, whether by joining ongoing initiatives, participating in programs, or offering your talents, time, or financial support, I urge you to reach out directly to the presenters whose contact information is provided. It is essential that we take ownership and initiative in our efforts to create change for Haiti.
These remarkable, phenomenal, trustworthy and hardworking women leading in their respective fields are beacons for transformation in Haiti, but they cannot do it alone. Let us not delay; let us pick up the phone, send an email, be bold and say "yes" to the call to action. Haiti needs us, and the time for action is now!
Together, let us rise to the challenge and work tirelessly towards a brighter future for Haiti.
